A collaborative model where participants collectively acquire premium condominium units at Silverscape Melaka for long-term shared accommodation.
Shared Condo Acquisition
Once sufficient participants join, the group collectively acquires condominium units at Silverscape Melaka. No individual property ownership needed.
Flexible Long-Term Stay Access
Enjoy stay access over an estimated 10–15 year period. Use your entitlement flexibly for holidays, remote work, family visits, or retirement stays.
